When completing the application keep these things in mind:

1. Make sure your name matches your real estate license- on the application and the W9

2  Make sure you name your sponsor- it can't be changed

​

3. You will put in your checking and credit card both. Credit card is for the monthly, checking is to deposit commissions.

4. You need to select your board and MLS even if you have not joined yet. Reach out if questions.

5. If you are on a team you need to enter it here.

​

6. If you have done less than 3 transactions you will be put in the mentor program. 

​

7. Agent equity program- this is yes if you want to purchase stock for 5% of your commission at a 10% discount. No if not.
